Walbrook PR, which provides high quality Financial PR and Investor Relations to Small Cap and AIM listed companies, announces it has acted as Financial PR & Investor Relations advisor for the AIM IPO of Belluscura plc (AIM: “BELL”), a leading medical device developer focused on lightweight and portable oxygen enrichment technology. The team at Walbrook will now manage the Company’s communications with the financial media, research analysts and non-institutional investors, including new and existing private investors.

On admission, Belluscura plc completed a successful placing for gross proceeds of £17.5 million, with a market capitalisation of approximately £50.96 million.

Belluscura was established in the UK in December 2015 with the object of commercialising intellectual property in the medical device space. The Company is focused on devices and treatments involving enriched oxygen 

Belluscura currently has three significantly differentiated portable oxygen concentrators in its portfolio:

• X-PLO₂R^TM
• X-PLO₂RCX^TM
• X-PLO₂RDX^TM

The Company expects to launch the X-PLO₂R^TM in July 2021 with online distributors with the X-PLO₂R CX targeting launch in December 2021 and expected to be available in the market from January 2022 onwards. The X-PLO₂R DX is expected to launch in March 2022.
