Walbrook PR, which provides high quality Financial PR and Investor Relations to Small Cap and AIM listed companies, announces its appointment as Financial PR & Investor Relations advisor to AIM listed Milestone Group plc ("Milestone").

Milestone's flagship product, codenamed "The Passion Project", is a large-scale youth engagement initiative designed in collaboration with young people to provide end-to- end personal and professional development services. The project brings together employers, commercial enterprises and charitable organisations within a social exchange and marketplace designed specifically to address all the issues that arise from the existing wide scale fragmentation across the youth development industry.

Nexstar Joint Venture

In July 2015, Milestone announced that it had entered into a Joint Venture agreement ("JV") with Black Cactus Holdings Pty Ltd ("Black Cactus") to form Nexstar Ltd., ("Nexstar"). Ownership of the JV is 51% by Milestone and 49% by Black Cactus.

Nexstar is a specially designed vehicle to commercialise all existing Intellectual Property developed by Black Cactus under an exclusive, global agreement. Black Cactus is a global provider of premium digital content delivery platforms, cloud based currency payment platforms/systems and loyalty/reward solutions. Black Cactus also offers a full range of managed services including audio, movies, TV programing, eBooks, magazines, and apps for iOS, Android, Windows, blackberry and smart TV devices.

Pursuant to the JV agreement, Black Cactus will provide the technology platform and digital content and Milestone will provide creative services, business development and audience activation services. As a result, the Company will have a complementary suite of products at their disposal which will lead to a number of revenue opportunities.
